These homeowners had a dishwasher leak which led to a complete renovation to their home. The hardwoods were damaged by the leak, and they flowed through the entire main floor of the house. They love to travel and wanted to incorporate some of the warm tones and beautiful patterns and textures they have experienced overseas.

Although they felt the floor plan functioned well, we realized that with a few small tweaks we could improve some areas. We expanded the back wall of the Living Room giving the furniture grouping more breathing space. We added a closed coffee nook in the Kitchen to create a more calming aesthetic by keeping the mess away from view. We flipped the orientation of their King bed to create more of a luxurious experience. We added focal lighting in all rooms for visual interest and of course incorporated modern and clean materials throughout.
